Our History
In 1987, Remington White Australia Pty Ltd pioneered a service to the real estate industry called the Rent Check System. Constantly evolving, the system
became known as the National Tenancy Database (ntd), and in 1999 went online as the internet became a part of daily life. In 2000, Collection House Ltd
procured the system that was rapidly gaining popularity in the industry and ntd went from strength to strength, overcoming the challenges of legislative
change. 2007 then saw the successful acquisition of ntd by Veda Advantage, the largest and most sophisticated provider of business intelligence in Australia
